15  Observed the following improper non-food contact surfaces: 1) rust on metal shelving next to upright freezer in back, 2) plywood shelves improper surface, 3) rust on inside of keg cooler in bar, 4) rust on inside bottom of roll top beer cooler in bar, 5) improper surface inside bottom of cabinet underneath hand sink in bar, 6) aluminum foil used as a liner on bottom shelf of table next to fyers in kitchen. Provide for all food contact surfaces to be smooth, easily cleanable, non-absorbant, corrosive resistant, and light colored. (750.690) Next Inspection
